Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the development of prototypes as per the technical specifications and objectives related to time, quality, and cost.
- Evaluate project development challenges, including technical issues, timelines, resources, and equipment, and propose innovative solutions to enhance final output.
- Contribute to the development and identification of new solutions and technologies.
- Promptly propose potential improvements to ongoing projects to meet defined objectives of time, quality, and cost.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to achieving defined objectives and creating collections that exceed brand expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in eyewear and/or jewelry prototyping.
- Professional knowledge of machinery and tools for prototype development.
- In-depth knowledge of metals, plastics, and natural materials such as wood and horn.
- Strong passion for the work, innovative spirit, and robust problem-solving abilities.
