Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive management of global corporate and commercial events, serving as the primary contact for all organizational and logistical aspects before, during, and after each event.
  • Manage and expand the supplier network, including identifying new partners, negotiating service agreements, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and distribute follow-up reports for each event to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and disseminate guidelines for local event management in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Retail & Corporate Design teams.
  • Support and monitor local events, including sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with established guidelines.
  • Supervise showroom management, ensuring the seamless execution of activities.
  • Establish the showroom event calendar and sales campaign schedule in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the eyewear sector or managing hospitality for large organizations is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and deadline adherence. Strong network of industry contacts and suppliers. Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in event management or a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
