Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage PR/Digital Social/E-Commerce assets, including filing and quality control of local asset outputs.
  • Support social media efforts by managing brand-owned media platforms and assisting in content calendar orchestration under various themes and promotional windows.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal new launches, including new product pages and thematic landing pages, and collaborate with the E-Commerce team for in-store product display control.
  • Support new brand campaigns by analyzing market competitors and aiding in strategy development for 360-degree launch preparations.
  • Track and manage product seeding and Gift With Purchase (GWP) distribution to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on a weekly basis.
  • Compile monthly and project reports on PR exposure, digital social media, and campaign KOL seeding.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work onsite for 4+ days per week, with a preference for a consecutive 6-month commitment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong design aesthetics and creative thinking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Prior internship experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
