Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of corporate targets and analyze current business performance, defining rolling forecasts at the account/market level based on the S&OP process.
- Engage with respective accounts to discuss performance and develop growth and recovery plans to drive demand planning.
- Manage demand forecasts for the next 12-15 months on a rolling basis at the SKU level.
- Serve as the planning contact for all market-related projects, proactively supporting their execution.
- Provide proactive support to continuously enhance customer service levels while optimizing finished product inventory in line with management directives and corporate strategy.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a reporting system to analyze key market KPIs.
- Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams to provide information to various stakeholders.
- Implement IT solutions defined to support Demand Planning activities within the target market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
- Previous experience in similar roles and contexts is considered a plus.
