Role & Responsibilities

  • Support order management, return management, and customer master data management.
  • Collect sales orders and perform order entry and changes.
  • Monitor delivery generation and provide shipping instructions.
  • Generate customer invoices in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Operate return processes within SAP.
  • Create and maintain customer master data.
  • Provide reporting to business parties.
  • Support ad-hoc requirements.
  • Act as the main contact for sales, finance, planning, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP SD/MM module. Experience in Excel analysis. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of priority. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Experience with SAP and Excel analysis is required.
