Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales order collection and perform order entry and modifications.
- Oversee delivery processes and provide shipping instructions.
- Generate customer invoices in collaboration with the finance department.
- Operate return processes within the SAP system.
- Create and maintain customer master data.
- Provide reporting to business stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc requirements as needed.
- Act as the main contact for sales, finance, planning, and logistics departments.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
Skills
Experience
Experience with SAP SD/MM module and Excel analysis is required.
