Kering Eyewear in Shanghai seeks a Customer Service Intern to support order consolidation, returns and invoicing for the China customer service team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Customer Service Manager and support the daily operations of the China customer service team.
  • Consolidate and maintain sales order records and related reporting.
  • Compile merchandising/fixture order summaries (non‑R+ orders) and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Process and administrate commercial returns and coordinate return logistics.
  • Issue and track billing/invoice notifications in collaboration with finance.
  • Coordinate dispatches from designated distribution points and liaise with logistics partners.
  • Organise and maintain customer and operational documentation; ensure accurate filing and data integrity.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and support implementation initiatives to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or above.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Demonstrable ownership, strong execution orientation and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy.

Experience

Internship/entry level. No prior professional experience required; candidates with internship experience or up to one year in customer service, order management, or operations will be advantaged.
