Role & Responsibilities

  • Support induction and training for new employees and new business/system procedures.
  • Assist in requirement collection and analysis for new business/system process mapping.
  • Monitor and support Customer Service operation process development projects.
  • Address and report system issues.
  • Facilitate and manage communication with the APAC Customer Service Operation team regarding processes and procedures.
  • Create internal documentation for the Customer Service Operation team.
  • Assist in meeting management, including scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Provide regional support for inquiries related to customer service operation processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer operations, systems development, or IT.
  • Experience with process documentation and activity coordination.
  • Experience working with multiple countries and cross-functional teams.

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and competing priorities. Proficiency in SAP and Dynamics is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated with a focus on results. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in customer operations, systems development, or IT, particularly in a cross-functional and multi-country environment.
