Role & Responsibilities
- Comprehend and embody the brand's DNA, including its essence, history, style, values, personality, and target consumer.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, setting brand objectives and ensuring alignment with marketing levers such as product, communication, PR, and trade marketing.
- Monitor and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring adherence to brand contractual agreements and optimal resource allocation in line with strategic company objectives.
- Collaborate with the PR & Communications team to craft an annual communication plan that aligns with the brand strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis on local and international levels, focusing on product offerings, design, distribution, and marketing activities.
- Support sales efforts by presenting collections and the brand in showrooms, customer meetings, and sales force activities, including the preparation of tailored presentations.
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses on collection performance.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
