Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a prioritized store visit plan in line with the sales cycle to deliver on key performance indicators and coverage targets.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with store managers and sales teams; act as the primary brand contact for customer feedback and requests.
  • Drive in-store brand performance to meet sales targets, support seasonal product launches and optimise product distribution under selective retail guidelines.
  • Ensure retail standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory levels are met and supervised across the client portfolio.
  • Negotiate and increase brand visibility and in-store exposure; manage and protect brand image and assets at retail.
  • Deliver product, brand and trade-marketing training to store staff to maximise commercial performance.
  • Provide timely, accurate store visit reports; collect and synthesise customer feedback and analyse competitor activity and SKU performance (best-/slow-moving items).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics or FMCG with a solid background in trade marketing and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Basic English language ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, target-driven orientation, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and analytical aptitude.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent travel.

Experience

Practical retail or field sales experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or FMCG channels with demonstrable trade-marketing and store activation achievements. Experience supporting product launches and managing retailer partnerships is expected.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
