Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
  • Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators related to store visit frequency.
  • Cultivate constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
  • Serve as the primary point of reference for client feedback and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to enhance profitability and brand presence.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance for key accounts and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, assortment optimization, and adherence to selective distribution standards.
  • Achieve sales objectives and support the launch of each collection release.
  • Ensure brand penetration and adequate stock levels in stores.
  • Optimize product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.
  • Enhance brand presence by negotiating increased in-store visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image at retail locations.
  • Implement training activities for trade regarding products, brand, and marketing.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of visits, including customer feedback and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze best and worst sellers to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills in Cantonese.

Experience
