Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic work plan based on sales cycle priorities to optimize client portfolio coverage.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates to enhance client engagement.
- Manage key accounts by negotiating commercial terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring brand presence and profitability.
- Drive brand performance by achieving sales objectives, supporting collection launches, and ensuring optimal product distribution.
- Enhance in-store brand visibility and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines to uphold brand equity.
- Implement training activities for trade partners on products, brand, and marketing strategies.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on client visits, competitor activities, and product performance.
Qualifications
- Higher diploma or equivalent education level.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a strong emphasis on Cantonese communication skills.
