Brand Ambassador — Eyewear (Wholesale / Field)

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives; prioritise activities according to the sales cycle and ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with wholesale customers; act as the primary brand contact for client feedback and requirements.
- Support seasonal product launches and drive brand penetration at client accounts while ensuring adherence to selective distribution guidelines.
- Manage store-level execution through regular field visits: optimise in-store brand exposure, negotiate display placement, ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement product, brand and trade-marketing training for retail staff to secure consistent brand representation.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely customer payments to preserve smooth commercial operations.
- Prepare accurate client and store visit reports, collect qualitative feedback, analyse sell-through performance (best- and weak-selling references) and propose corrective action plans.
- Deliver business reviews and contribute to internal commercial planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven commercial experience in fashion/ luxury, cosmetics or FMCG sales; experience managing B2B/wholesale accounts is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and strong aptitude for teamwork.
Skills
Experience
Commercial experience within fashion or luxury, cosmetics or FMCG sales is required; prior responsibility for wholesale or key-account management is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary education.
