Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives; prioritise activities according to the sales cycle and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with wholesale customers; act as the primary brand contact for client feedback and requirements.
  • Support seasonal product launches and drive brand penetration at client accounts while ensuring adherence to selective distribution guidelines.
  • Manage store-level execution through regular field visits: optimise in-store brand exposure, negotiate display placement, ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Implement product, brand and trade-marketing training for retail staff to secure consistent brand representation.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely customer payments to preserve smooth commercial operations.
  • Prepare accurate client and store visit reports, collect qualitative feedback, analyse sell-through performance (best- and weak-selling references) and propose corrective action plans.
  • Deliver business reviews and contribute to internal commercial planning meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proven commercial experience in fashion/ luxury, cosmetics or FMCG sales; experience managing B2B/wholesale accounts is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and strong aptitude for teamwork.

Experience
