Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales targets for assigned brands within the territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Ensure brand integrity by maintaining qualitative door distribution.
- Cultivate robust, long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced sales portfolio across brands.
- Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to enhance sell-through.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with other sales divisions within Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
