Assistant Product Marketing Manager
Kering Eyewear is hiring an Assistant Product Marketing Manager in Shanghai — lead product development, assortment and 360° marketing for multiple luxury eyewear brands.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own product development liaison for 5–6 luxury eyewear brands: coordinate season-to-season input with APAC and HQ, provide feedback on new releases and lead special product projects (exclusive models, capsule collections).
- Manage product assortment and showroom/sample operations: prepare multi-brand assortments for buying events, roadshows and sales promotions; oversee sample inventory and showroom presentation.
- Administer PR sample programme: coordinate daily PR seeding with houses and agencies, recommend pieces for shoots, manage exposure visuals and PR brochure assets, and produce monthly PR exposure reports with imagery.
- Define and execute product marketing and communications: develop product launch plans, positioning, core product storylines and content for online/offline channels (WeChat, video); produce selling tools (leaflets, brochures, PDP content).
- Conduct market and competitor research: perform regular market visits, gather client feedback, analyse competitor assortments and share actionable insights with commercial teams.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market project coordination: align product, communication, visual merchandising, trade marketing and commercial functions to deliver cohesive GTM initiatives on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including 2–3 years in product-focused roles; experience with eyewear, cosmetics or outdoor/lifestyle categories is advantageous.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable organisational skills, time management and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% during peak periods.

A mid‑level candidate with 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in product management or product marketing roles; prior exposure to luxury apparel, eyewear, cosmetics or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
