Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product development, assortment, and marketing for 5-6 luxury eyewear brands.
  • Coordinate 360-degree integration of product, communication, visual merchandising, and commercial planning.
  • Lead special product development projects, including exclusive models and capsule collections.
  • Manage product assortment and sample logistics for buying events and roadshows.
  • Handle daily PR sample management, including seeding, stock management, and exposure tracking.
  • Develop and execute product marketing and communication strategies, including product launches and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive go-to-market projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in English and computer skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years in product management.
  • Experience in eyewear, cosmetics, or outdoor industries is advantageous.

Skills

Problem-solving and idea generation capabilities. Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent time management and independent working ability.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2-3 years in a related field such as eyewear, cosmetics, or outdoor products.

Education

Bachelor's degree required.
