Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed revenue targets in assigned markets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for LINDBERG in South East Asia.
  • Develop and implement sales and brand strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct training sessions on brand and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure stock levels and visual merchandising align with brand standards.
  • Provide detailed reporting on store visits and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or University Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
  • Experience in eyewear, fashion, luxury, or FMCG sectors preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Bahasa, Tagalog, or Vietnamese are a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the eyewear, fashion, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
