Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed revenue targets in assigned markets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for LINDBERG in South East Asia.
- Develop and implement sales and brand strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct training sessions on brand and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure stock levels and visual merchandising align with brand standards.
- Provide detailed reporting on store visits and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or University Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in eyewear, fashion, luxury, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Bahasa, Tagalog, or Vietnamese are a plus.
