Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed revenue targets and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador in assigned markets, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Contribute to the development of market-specific growth strategies.
- Support new collection launches and ensure consistent product replenishment.
- Cultivate and strengthen long-term customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to identify growth potential and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on brand and product knowledge.
- Work with the Trade Marketing team to implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Ensure optimal product assortment and stock levels at sales points.
- Verify compliance of Visual Merchandising with brand guidelines.
- Provide detailed reporting on store visits, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or University Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience
- Experience in eyewear preferred; experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors is advantageous

A minimum of five years in field sales, ideally within the eyewear industry or related luxury sectors.
