Role & Responsibilities

  • Record supplier invoices accurately and timely.
  • Prepare supplier payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Perform general accounting tasks to maintain financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Record customer receipts, including checks, transfers, and direct debits.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and manage outstanding payments.
  • Handle billing processes efficiently.
  • Manage internal team expense reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Intermediate to fluent proficiency in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting position is required.

Education
