Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and social advisory support to HR Managers, including individual case support, updating BDESE, and addressing issues related to disability, senior employees, and workforce planning.
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to negotiation, monitoring, and implementation of agreements.
  • Conduct regular legal and social monitoring in France and assess impacts.
  • Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
  • Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and CSSCT meetings.
  • Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Law.
  • Proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Experience

Candidates should possess a confirmed experience in social law, ideally gained within a law firm and/or corporate environment.

Education

Master's degree in Social Law.
