Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower the Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a recruitment partner for business leaders, providing insights on talent trends and market conditions.
  • Directly manage key recruitment searches to identify high-potential talents aligned with the organization's vision.
  • Design and evolve sourcing strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
  • Oversee relationships and negotiations with external partners in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure readiness for critical roles and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects focused on process optimization and innovation.
  • Oversee employer branding and early career initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of Talent Acquisition metrics to measure performance and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies in multinational companies.
  • Ability to effectively drive the performance of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under challenging deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in employer branding and early careers engagement.
  • Recognized for integrity, professionalism, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Skills

Excellent communication and influencing skills. High level of organization, proactivity, adaptability, and resilience. Proficiency in MS Office suite and Talent Acquisition systems. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

Experience

Proven experience in talent acquisition within matrixed, multinational companies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
