Role & Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze shipment data monthly to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in budget monitoring by maintaining the Interlog dashboard for budget vs actual figures.
- Support data quality by cleaning account and master data in systems.
- Update budget forecasts by collecting data from transport providers.
- Conduct quality and completeness checks on transport and customs data.
- Maintain sustainability tracking tools by normalizing and importing data files.
- Prepare customized reports and data files for internal requests.
- Create and maintain documentation for recurring activities and procedural workflows.
- Provide support to team members and projects, adapting to shifting priorities.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
