Role & Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze shipment data monthly to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in budget monitoring by maintaining the Interlog dashboard for budget vs actual figures.
  • Support data quality by cleaning account and master data in systems.
  • Update budget forecasts by collecting data from transport providers.
  • Conduct quality and completeness checks on transport and customs data.
  • Maintain sustainability tracking tools by normalizing and importing data files.
  • Prepare customized reports and data files for internal requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation for recurring activities and procedural workflows.
  • Provide support to team members and projects, adapting to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to performance dashboards. Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a growth mindset.
