Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in data analysis and Business Intelligence activities, including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Assist brand planners in utilizing the Packaging Replenishment system, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the application's scope by identifying new functionalities and supporting implementation.
  • Coordinate the preparation of a quarterly newsletter for the Brands Supply Chain Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Power Query is advantageous. Curiosity, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and teamwork capability. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or French is beneficial.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with supply chain processes and systems is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
