Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, user guides, and video editing.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
- Contribute to developing communication and engagement templates for end users.
- Support the organization of workshops and training sessions for new processes and tools.
- Design and improve user interfaces such as wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Engage in co-creation workshops and user research activities.
- Develop intuitive solutions considering technical constraints and business needs.
- Stay updated on technological trends and propose design and user experience innovations.
Qualifications
- Master 2 student in business school with a specialization in digital communication.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Italian and/or French is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite is preferred.
- Flexible, adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and passionate about fashion/luxury/design.
- UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
