Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, user guides, and video editing.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Contribute to developing communication and engagement templates for end users.
  • Support the organization of workshops and training sessions for new processes and tools.
  • Design and improve user interfaces such as wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Engage in co-creation workshops and user research activities.
  • Develop intuitive solutions considering technical constraints and business needs.
  • Stay updated on technological trends and propose design and user experience innovations.

Qualifications

  • Master 2 student in business school with a specialization in digital communication.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Italian and/or French is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Flexible, adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and passionate about fashion/luxury/design.
  • UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
