Kering is seeking a Data Project Intern in Paris, France, for its Finance Transformation EMEA team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in financial process optimization and data management within a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement the master data management process, including client and supplier maintenance procedures, data hierarchy design, compliance tool integration, periodic data audits, and participation in PBI dashboard construction.
  • Support the implementation, modernization, or adoption of target financial macro-processes, aiding in the regionalization of scalable processes.
  • Produce weekly progress reports for the EMEA regional manager, highlighting key outcomes, risks, and improvement recommendations.
  • Promote the adoption of distributed and standardized end-to-end processes, ensuring comprehensive and fully documented procedures.
  • Deploy Kering Finance Academy and Core Model processes locally to support process adoption, skill development, and knowledge sharing, targeting an 80% team training completion rate.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Skills

Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools such as Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels and sectors. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.

Experience

Previous experience in finance, accounting, or management control is a plus.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.
