Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of data product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Contribute to the ideation, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of new data products and features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize developments, and define success metrics for data products.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories and product specifications; update the data catalog and other documentation to guide the development process.
  • Support data governance on all customer data by identifying potential risks, assessing situations, and recommending solutions.
  • Manage data quality issues, identify root causes, and monitor the bug-fixing process until resolution.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to support the development process.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, providing visibility into the data product development process.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on several topics simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus. Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred. Passion for data-driven decision-making and a strong interest in data product management.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with agile methodologies and data visualization tools is advantageous.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
