Role & Responsibilities

  • Define architecture concepts aligned with Kering’s Data and AI strategy and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Structure and implement architecture patterns for the data and AI platform and related applications.
  • Collaborate with teams on solution design and platform/product evolution.
  • Document architecture, guidelines, and best practices, and keep this repository up to date.
  • Manage the technical debt backlog, monitor progress, and ensure integration into action plans.
  • Work with Security teams to integrate best security practices.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture teams on data and AI topics.
  • Lead the implementation of the Data platform in China, aligned with global strategy.
  • Support Houses in managing their Data and AI initiatives.
  • Participate in specialized conferences and events to maintain active awareness of Data & AI innovations and trends.
  • Promote Data culture within the team by hosting workshops on new concepts and market trends.
  • Ensure strong coordination with our partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in data architecture, with proven expertise in designing and implementing Data platforms.

Skills

Solid experience with BI tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau. Mastery of Agile concepts and associated tools (Jira, Confluence). Deep knowledge of Cloud architecture and strong expertise in Data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Platform) and Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS). Good understanding of cloud concepts, IaC, security, and access management. Familiarity with luxury, logistics, and retail sectors. Awareness of market trends in Data and Cloud innovation. Collaborative leadership and influencing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and organizational sense. Strong synthesis ability. Empathy. Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in data architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing robust Data platforms.
