Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of customs-relevant elements on invoices prior to issuing customs bills.
  • Execute customs bills using the 'Gulliver' software and transmit them to the Italian Customs Agency.
  • Monitor proof of exit from the EU and manage the Global Guarantee for EU Transit.
  • Upload the 'Fascicolo elettronico' in the event of customs control.
  • Update HS codes, master data, and foreign currency exchange rates in 'Gulliver'.
  • Provide customs instructions for import formalities to external brokers.
  • Verify the accuracy of outsourced customs bills.
  • Archive issued customs bills and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with 'Gulliver' software is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

Experience

Experience in customs operations or a related field is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
