Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the latest customer engagement trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular benchmarks for Kering's Client Engagement team and the Houses.
- Implement knowledge-sharing initiatives within the group and with the Houses.
- Participate in the organization of event projects, from conception to execution, including meetings with the Houses.
- Contribute to the drafting and coordination of presentations.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in CRM projects by formulating recommendations and action proposals based on identified client needs and challenges.
- Prepare detailed presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in Digital, CRM, or Marketing.
- Previous experience in CRM/Marketing departments or as a strategy consultant is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
No specific prior experience required, but previous exposure to CRM/Marketing or strategy consulting is beneficial.
