Kering seeks a Control Tower Intern in Trecate, Italy to support end-to-end supply chain monitoring, KPI analysis and logistics reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily supervision of end-to-end distribution flows via the Central Control Tower.
  • Monitor and report End-to-End KPIs, proactively identifying disruptions and driving corrective actions.
  • Conduct performance analyses to validate execution of distribution and logistics processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the current Control Tower model and propose pragmatic recommendations, prioritizing quick wins.
  • Support new collection launches and ad hoc urgencies from requirement capture through fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc reporting frameworks to communicate logistics status to Fashion Houses' Supply Chain teams.
  • Perform regular data quality checks, identify anomalies and report issues to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a STEM discipline.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive team player with customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; creative and curious mindset.

Experience

Internship-level role: no specific prior professional experience required. Previous internships, project work or coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations or data analysis are advantageous.
