Kering is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Paris to lead corporate C&B strategy, salary review and benefits programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate job mapping across the Corporate organisation in alignment with the Group Job Catalogue and advise HR Business Partners on its application.
  • Design and propose competitive compensation packages for recruitments, internal mobility and international transfers.
  • Participate in and analyse remuneration surveys to keep external benchmarks up to date and recommend corrective action where necessary.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual salary review process for France-based corporate teams, including budget recommendations, HRIS data validation and post-campaign analyses.
  • Implement, monitor and evaluate employee benefits programmes within the corporate scope and ensure alignment with market and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with mobility policies for transfers to and from France; prepare mobility packages and coordinate administrative implementation with stakeholders.
  • Communicate and promote Group C&B policies to HR teams, managers and employees and contribute to global C&B initiatives such as benefits harmonisation and incentive scheme evolution.
  • Support capability building for HRBPs and share best practices across the Group C&B community.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits with experience in both consulting and in-house corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the French compensation market, French labour and tax legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to manage complex HR processes and large datasets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior managers and HRBPs.
  • High standards of integrity and alignment with Kering’s values.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally combining consulting and in-house corporate roles, with hands-on responsibility for salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits design.

Education

Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
