Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure precise job mapping within the Corporate organization, aligned with the Group Job Catalogue, and advise HR Business Partners on its optimal use.
  • Participate in remuneration surveys to maintain updated benchmarks and analyze external competitiveness.
  • Design compensation packages for recruitment, internal mobility, and international transfers.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual salary review process for France-based corporate teams, recommending budgets and validating data accuracy.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate benefits programs, staying informed on French tax and social legislation.
  • Ensure compliance and proper implementation of international mobility policies for transfers to/from France.
  • Communicate and promote Group C&B policies to HR, managers, and employees, contributing to global initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Mid-level professional experience in C&B roles, with dual experience in consulting and corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of French compensation market, legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Integrity and alignment with Kering’s cultural values.

Experience

Mid-level professional experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with dual experience in consulting and corporate environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
