Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure precise job mapping within the Corporate organization, aligned with the Group Job Catalogue, and advise HR Business Partners on its optimal use.
- Participate in remuneration surveys to maintain updated benchmarks and analyze external competitiveness.
- Design compensation packages for recruitment, internal mobility, and international transfers.
- Coordinate and manage the annual salary review process for France-based corporate teams, recommending budgets and validating data accuracy.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate benefits programs, staying informed on French tax and social legislation.
- Ensure compliance and proper implementation of international mobility policies for transfers to/from France.
- Communicate and promote Group C&B policies to HR, managers, and employees, contributing to global initiatives.
Qualifications
- Mid-level professional experience in C&B roles, with dual experience in consulting and corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of French compensation market, legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
