Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate job mapping within the Corporate organization, aligned with the Group Job Catalogue, and advise HR Business Partners on its optimal use.
  • Participate in remuneration surveys to maintain up-to-date benchmarks and analyze external competitiveness.
  • Design compensation packages for recruitment, internal mobility, and international transfers.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual salary review for France-based corporate teams, recommending increase budgets and validating HRIS data accuracy.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate benefits programs within the scope of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance and proper implementation of mobility policies for transfers to/from France.
  • Communicate and promote Group C&B policies to HR, managers, and employees.
  • Contribute to global initiatives led by the Group C&B team, such as harmonization of benefits and evolution of incentive schemes.

Qualifications

  • Mid-level professional experience in C&B roles, with dual experience in consulting and corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of French compensation market, legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Mid-level professional experience in compensation and benefits roles, with a background in both consulting and corporate environments.
