Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand, client, and product goals.
  • Rotate through divisions of responsibility, providing ideas to enhance business growth.
  • Engage with customers, providing service and sales support.
  • Propose ideas and solutions for designated business-focused projects.
  • Present final project outcomes during the internship.
  • Provide suggestions for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
  • Assist in creating performance reports.
  • Act as an ambassador for Kering's fashion brands.
  • Ensure adherence to brand e-commerce and retail policies.
  • Follow up and liaise with other departments to meet client requests.
  • Gather and share client feedback to support continuous improvement of client experience and enrich the Group's strategy.
