Role & Responsibilities
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand, client, and product goals.
- Rotate through divisions of responsibility, providing ideas to enhance business growth.
- Engage with customers, providing service and sales support.
- Propose ideas and solutions for designated business-focused projects.
- Present final project outcomes during the internship.
- Provide suggestions for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
- Assist in creating performance reports.
- Act as an ambassador for Kering's fashion brands.
- Ensure adherence to brand e-commerce and retail policies.
- Follow up and liaise with other departments to meet client requests.
- Gather and share client feedback to support continuous improvement of client experience and enrich the Group's strategy.
