Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand identity, client demographics, product goals, and service aspects.
  • Rotate through various divisions to provide innovative ideas for business growth and improvement.
  • Accept and complete designated business-focused projects, including research, proposal development, and presentation of final projects.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and facilitate sales.
  • Offer suggestions to management for enhancing customer service and internal processes.
  • Become proficient in internal software systems.
  • Assist in the creation of performance reports.
  • Act as an ambassador for Kering's esteemed fashion brands.
  • Ensure compliance with brand e-commerce and retail policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests.
  • Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of the client experience and enrich the Group's strategy.
  • Share client feedback with relevant departments to enhance processes, services, and quality.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with patience, diplomacy, and effective listening. Sensitivity to the luxury sector and enthusiasm for the brands and products. Commercial and analytical mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dynamic, flexible, independent, positive, and professional team player. Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client services is preferred.
