Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and refine Tableau dashboards to support global teams.
- Provide first-level support to users for reporting tools.
- Translate user needs into specifications for improved indicators and visualizations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data tools and processes.
- Facilitate KPI reviews and share insights with Customer Service teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and resolve data or reporting issues.
Qualifications
- Master 2 student in engineering or business school with a specialization in data, statistics, business analytics, or performance.
- Strong interest in data and performance management.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven.
- Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment.
Skills
Experience
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is required. Basic knowledge of SQL is considered a plus.
Education
Master 2 student in engineering or business school specializing in data, statistics, business analytics, or performance.
