Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of client insights reports and analyses to enhance performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
  • Create monthly reports to highlight opportunities and gaps at House and regional levels.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses tailored to specific needs, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations on client engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the assessment of relational programs, providing strategic recommendations to optimize the client lifecycle.
  • Ensure data alignment and reliability within Business Intelligence tools to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in defining dashboard requirements, ensuring alignment with key objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee data quality controls, identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal BI tool users to enhance tool efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Full English proficiency for international communication.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous. Passion for data-driven decision-making and data analysis.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence is essential.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business Analytics or a related field.
