Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and secure daily cash management in a Cash Pooling environment, including integration of bank statements, validation and monitoring of payments, and resolution of rejections.
  • Manage and secure payment flows, including payment campaigns, validation of sensitive payments, and incident management.
  • Supervise current account monitoring, including reconciliation, limits, and rates, with the Group's central entity.
  • Maintain operational banking relationships, including account openings/closures, KYC, and updates of banking powers and mandates.
  • Define and evolve internal control procedures to optimize processes and ensure compliance with internal control rules.
  • Maintain expertise in the Group's treasury tool, SAP.
  • Lead annual closing processes, including bank circularizations and coordination with auditors.
  • Ensure the reliability of short and medium-term cash forecasts, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support the extension of EUR Cash Pooling and the launch of multi-currency Cash Pooling.
  • Redefine intra-group current account limits and implement regular monitoring.
  • Support the centralization of various banking platforms.
  • Rationalize the number of bank accounts.
  • Analyze and negotiate banking fees and conditions, and implement regular monitoring.
  • Contribute to the improvement of reporting tools and process automation.
  • Interact with financial and operational services, brand teams, and external financial partners.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance or Treasury, preferably from a business or engineering school.
  • Significant experience in a Cash Management department, preferably within an international group, bank, or consulting/audit firm.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Skills

Proficiency in treasury and IT tools (SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite). Strong understanding of cash management fundamentals. Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Client-oriented with excellent communication skills. Openness to teamwork in an international and multicultural context.

Experience

Significant experience in cash management within an international group, bank, or consulting/audit firm.

Education

Master's degree in Finance or Treasury.
