Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate outbound delivery processes across multiple distribution centers, ensuring timely and prioritized deliveries.
  • Raise and manage operational tickets for delays and system errors, collaborating with internal teams and utilizing planning tools and warehouse systems.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by providing data and insights to enhance order flow efficiency and identify process improvements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • University degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on prioritization and deadline management. Proactive team player with flexibility and reliability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Experience

Experience in logistics flows is considered beneficial.

Education

University degree is considered a plus.
