Kering Beauté in Paris seeks an International Marketing Development Intern to support product ideation, market analysis and global activation.

Overview

Kering Beauté is the Kering Group’s dedicated beauty division, created to extend the heritage and creative identity of Kering Houses into the luxury beauty category. Acting as an agile, specialised hub for brands such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato and Qeelin, Kering Beauté partners with each House to develop distinctive, innovation-led beauty propositions while aligning with Kering’s broader commitments to creativity and sustainability.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead market and competitive analysis: perform quantitative and qualitative performance reviews, benchmark competitors and synthesize consumer needs and beauty market trends.
  • Drive concept ideation from brief to prototype: create product and service concepts that respect each House’s brand DNA and respond to consumer insights.
  • Contribute to product development: draft creative elements (press/media concepts, packaging briefs, naming, claims), participate in creative workshops and support formulation evaluation.
  • Manage project follow-up: coordinate lab samples, mockups and cross-functional feedback loops to ensure timely iteration and delivery.
  • Develop activation tools and go‑to‑market assets: produce 360° editorial content, marketing presentations, product specifications and merchandising briefs for global market deployment.
  • Support strategic presentations and innovation plans: prepare mockups, videos and storytelling deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional market teams as a partner to tailor launches and ensure consistent brand positioning across geographies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's programme and able to provide a 6‑month internship agreement issued by the academic institution.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Creative entrepreneurially minded with the courage to propose disruptive ideas and the discipline to operationalise them.
  • Strong team orientation, interpersonal agility and respect for diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and sound decision‑making.

Pursuing a Master's degree; must provide a 6‑month internship agreement (convention de stage) from the academic institution.
