Overview

Kering Beauté, a distinguished entity of the Kering Group established in February 2023, is pioneering a new domain of expertise within the conglomerate to ensure its prestigious brands can fully realize their potential in the Beauty sector. This division is dedicated to developing innovative strategies for a portfolio of illustrious Houses, including Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin. Kering Beauté is committed to creating value by leveraging the unique identities of each brand, aligning with their strategic market positioning, and emphasizing innovation and creativity while fostering sustainable luxury beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive benchmarking, including quantitative and qualitative performance assessments.
  • Analyze consumer needs and trends within the Beauty market.
  • Engage in creative development processes, including press/media, packaging briefs, formulas, naming, claims, and concepts.
  • Participate in creative workshops and follow up on project developments, including formula evaluations, lab samples, and mockups.
  • Develop activation tools, such as 360 Editorial design, marketing presentations, product specifications, and merchandising briefs.
  • Contribute to strategic presentations and innovation plans through the creation of presentations, mockups, and videos.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program with the ability to provide a 6-month internship agreement from the educational institution.
  • Fluent in English.

Respectful and inclusive attitude towards all individuals. Ability to manage strategic direction while maintaining a hands-on approach. Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in marketing or related fields is advantageous.

Education

Master's student able to provide an internship agreement.
