Europe Sales Assistant Intern
Kering Beauté — Paris: Europe Sales Assistant Intern (Internship) supporting European commercial team in sales reporting, e‑retailer management and market analysis.
Overview
Kering Beauté is the beauty division of the Kering luxury group, bringing together premium and designer fragrance and cosmetics maisons. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the European commercial team in daily operations, including tracking sales performance and consolidating market forecasts.
- Prepare and contribute to business review materials, presentations and client meeting documents.
- Monitor e‑retailer activity: maintain the retailer catalogue, verify that online content (images, descriptions) complies with brand guidelines, and perform regular price checks to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and maintain market‑grey monitoring tools; escalate findings in collaboration with the legal department.
- Coordinate marketing and training initiatives: assist with logistics for market visits, training sessions and distribution of product samples and marketing collateral.
- Contribute to commercial reporting by collecting, consolidating and analysing sales data to inform decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university programme (Master’s level preferred).
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment; proactive and rigorous approach.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing and the beauty, luxury or FMCG sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills
Experience
Internship experience or coursework in commercial operations, sales, marketing or retail is desirable; demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a business school or university programme; Master’s level preferred (business, marketing, management or related field).
