Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance for Travel Retail clients using predefined KPIs in collaboration with Area Managers.
  • Develop and propose action plans based on performance analysis.
  • Monitor annual product launches to optimize revenue management.
  • Oversee stock levels and manage stockout situations.
  • Ensure merchandising implementations align with approved plans, maintaining execution excellence and brand image.
  • Coordinate between field teams and operational marketing for the execution of negotiated promotions.
  • Consolidate training and visual tools for field teams.
  • Maintain daily communication with field teams.
  • Manage budget tracking for promotional tools, including forecasts and consumption.
  • Assist in preparing budget exercises and managing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support strategic client presentations, including marketing plans, business reviews, and assortment recommendations.
  • Act as a junior Key Account Manager for select clients, handling presentations and negotiation preparations.
  • Assist in developing reference files and assortment management.
  • Support the development of marketing plans and their local adaptations.
  • Manage trade promotions with external agencies and retail managers.
  • Oversee the distribution of promotional tools to enhance sales.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or 2) or on a gap year from a business school or university.
  • Previous experience in a commercial or operational marketing team is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and work autonomously.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language such as Spanish or German is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality.

Experience

Previous experience in a commercial or operational marketing team is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
