Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate audits across the European region, acting as the primary contact for audit teams.
  • Monitor daily audit progress and ensure the quality of documentation provided.
  • Define operational KPIs and provide real-time feedback to enhance audit efficiency.
  • Conduct process review interviews to understand daily activities and identify financial risks.
  • Document narratives for the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and auditors.
  • Propose improvements for existing processes and controls.
  • Implement actions to increase efficiency during audit periods, including document lists and scheduling.
  • Support the SSC Germany team with annual account updates, publications, and tax controls.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Master's or Bachelor's program in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance at a business school or university.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional European languages are advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Dynamic with excellent adaptability. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Project management skills.

Experience

Previous experience in finance is appreciated but not mandatory.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance.
