Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate audits across the European region, acting as the primary contact for audit teams.
- Monitor daily audit progress and ensure the quality of documentation provided.
- Define operational KPIs and provide real-time feedback to enhance audit efficiency.
- Conduct process review interviews to understand daily activities and identify financial risks.
- Document narratives for the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and auditors.
- Propose improvements for existing processes and controls.
- Implement actions to increase efficiency during audit periods, including document lists and scheduling.
- Support the SSC Germany team with annual account updates, publications, and tax controls.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Master's or Bachelor's program in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance at a business school or university.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional European languages are advantageous.

Experience
Previous experience in finance is appreciated but not mandatory.
Education
Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance.
