Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate audits within the EMEA region, acting as the primary contact for audit teams.
  • Monitor the progress of audits, ensuring the quality of documentation and process efficiency.
  • Define and enhance internal controls by conducting process reviews and identifying risk areas.
  • Document narratives for the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) and auditors.
  • Propose improvements for existing processes and controls.
  • Support ongoing projects to enhance audit efficiency and assist SSC Germany with annual accounts and fiscal controls.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Dynamic with a high adaptability to change. Proficient in project-based work. Fluent in English. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in finance or audit is essential.

Education

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
