Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the VIC program calendar, including updates, coordination, and reporting.
  • Support the preparation of tailored proposals and experiences for brand clients.
  • Coordinate with brands, markets, and service providers.
  • Aid in organizing exclusive events and experiences.
  • Contribute to operational follow-up, including schedules, briefs, invitations, logistics, and support materials.
  • Support the monitoring of assets dedicated to events.
  • Assist in the management of group partnerships, including the Women In Motion program and Cannes Festival partnership.
  • Ensure coordination with internal teams and external partners before and during events.
  • Support international cultural initiatives and contribute to action reports.
  • Conduct research on cultural, artistic, and event trends.
  • Assist in sorting and analyzing partnership proposals.
  • Update the international cultural events calendar.
  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and internal support materials.
  • Manage invoice and payment follow-up with relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university program in project management, communication, or luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Strong client focus and ability to work in a demanding international environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Dynamic, rigorous, agile, and creative. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but a background in luxury, communication, or event management is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field.
