Role & Responsibilities

  • Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate problematic invoices promptly.
  • Resolve transaction issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle period, quarter, and year-end processing activities.
  • Address inquiries from end markets.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and maintaining Accounts Payable policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting principles.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and address their issues.
  • Enhance team interaction and optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycle rules.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
