Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform pre and post-payment control checks for batch and emergency payments.
  • Input manual payments into the bank portal.
  • Ensure adherence to service levels and address inquiries within two days.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury and accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and address their issues and requests.
  • Foster a positive work environment, train new team members, and enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
  • 1-2 years of related job experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of SAP is preferred.
  • Experience in the industry or shared services is a plus.

Skills

Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures. Proficiency in office productivity tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to resolve problems promptly and effectively. Quantitative and analytical skills. Experience with SAP FI/CO module is an advantage.

Experience

1-2 years of related job experience preferred, with additional experience in accounting and shared services considered a plus.

Education

Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
