Role & Responsibilities
- Perform pre and post-payment control checks for batch and emergency payments.
- Input manual payments into the bank portal.
- Ensure adherence to service levels and address inquiries within two days.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury and accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and address their issues and requests.
- Foster a positive work environment, train new team members, and enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
- 1-2 years of related job experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of SAP is preferred.
- Experience in the industry or shared services is a plus.
