Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the APAC Audit process in compliance with T&E Policies and Procedures.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.
- Address and resolve employee queries efficiently.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize existing processes.
- Perform Lodge Card reconciliation and manage daily/monthly closing activities.
- Provide backup support to peers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
Skills
Experience
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
