Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute the APAC Audit process in compliance with T&E Policies and Procedures.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.
  • Address and resolve employee queries efficiently.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize existing processes.
  • Perform Lodge Card reconciliation and manage daily/monthly closing activities.
  • Provide backup support to peers when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles and expenditure cycle. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
