Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre and post-payment control checks for batch and emergency payments.
  • Execute manual payments via bank portals, ensuring adherence to service levels.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
  • Support peers as necessary and handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Treasury and Account Payable policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance measures and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in process efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
  • Foster a positive work environment and train new team members.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of SAP and shared services experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP FI/CO module is an advantage. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools. Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle cultural sensitivities. Quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.

Experience

1-2 years of related job experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Education

Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
